After making the reservation you have up to 5 days to make the payment. If it is done less than 48 hours the payment must be made immediately to confirm your reservation.

Changes to the booking can be done 5 days in advance by contacting us directly. After this time you will be penalized with 50% of the reservation cost.

This is a weather sport, hence if we do not see that the weather permits us to fly, the pilot can cancel or reschedule the flight within 24 hours

Children under 16 are required to provide a written confirmation from their parents or tutor

If the participants decide to not proceed with the activity there will not be any refunds

The passenger is required to be in good health in all situations. Any health condition should be discussed in advance with the pilot, preferable at time of the reservation under "Guest remarks"

If the passenger does not have an accident insurance, this can be purchased from the pilot at extra fee of CHF 20 per flight

Your personal data will not be processed nor shared with any 3rd parties
